Northland will arrange for publication not later than Tuesday, June 26, 1988 of a Notice of Public Hearing, as per attached copy, in one issue of the Weekly Record, Peace River Block publications and cornrnunity bulletin boards as may properly provide adequate notice to the population of Tumbler R 4. Limited ("Northland") applied May 2 1 1, 1988 to amend its filed Gas Tariff Rate Schedules at its Tumbler Ridge Division to incorporate a decrease in rates to all customers effective June I, 1988. By Commission Order No. G-59-88, the Commission has ordered a public hearing to review the Application which includes an interim decrease in rates, effective June I, 1988. THE PUBLIC HEARING The Commission has set down the Application for public hearing to commence at 9:30 a.m. local time, Tuesday, July 26, 1988 at the Tumbler Ridge Inn, 27.5 Southgate, P.O. Box 99, Tumbler Ridge, B.C. PUBLIC INSPECTION OF THE APPLICA TION The Application and supporting rnaterial are available for inspection at the offices of Northland in Tumbler Ridge, B.C. and at their Executive Offices at 10035 - 105 Street, Edmonton, Alberta. A copy of the Application and supporting material is also available for inspection at the office of the British Columbia Utilities Commission, lah Floor, 800 Smithe Street, Vancouver, B.C.
