Hydro") applied April 5, 1988 for approval of amendments to its Interruptible Gas Transportation Service Agreements in accordance with Commission Order No. G-21-88 which required the deletion of the Indemnification Section, Clause 8(b) as follows: 1. Gas Tariff, Supplement No.5, Standard Agreement. 2. Amendment dated March 16, 1988 between B.C. Hydro and Chatterton Petrochemical Corporation. WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the amendments and is satIsfied that the filings properly conserve the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for B.C. Hydro and Power Authority, amendments to the Interruptible Gas Transportation Service Agreements as follows: 1. Gas Tariff, Supplement No.5, Standard Agreement. 2.
