Swanson, Q.C., Commissioner ORO E R WHEREAS Pacific Northern Commission approval a Firm Transportation Agreement (11FTA") between PNG and Ocelot Chemicals Inc. ("Ocelot") dated November 1, Letter Agreement dated October 25, 1988 which provides for an Incentive Rate for gas delivered in excess of 92.2 percent load factor on a cumulative average basis, for a two-year period commencing November 1, 1988; and WHEREAS the FTA becomes effective November 1, 1988 and is to transport up to 56.7 10 3 m 3 of gas per day to Ocelot's methanol/ammonia complex: and WHEREAS British Columbia Petroleum Corporation ("BCPC") by Letter Agreement dated September 1, provisions of its Gas Sales Contract dated August I, 198 I and the Amending Letter Agreement dated November 26, commencing November 1, 1988; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the amendments and is satisfied that the filings properly conserve the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission apDroves and accepts for filing the following documents effective November I. 1988: I.
