Hydro, Gas Operations BEFORE: John G. McIntyre, Chairman; J.D. V. New1ands, Deputy Chairman; D.B. Kilpatrick, Commissioner; and N. Martin, Commissioner ORDER WHEREAS on January 11, (IIB.C. Hydroll) applied for Commission approval and acceptance for filing of amendments to its Gas Tariff Rate Schedules, and the establishment of certain deferral accounts, resulting from a November, 1987 National Energy Board Decision on Westcoast Transmission Company, Limited ("Westcoast WHEREAS B.C. Hydro's Application involves the following: 1. For the Calendar Year ended December 31, 1987: (a) Interim Westcoast Toll charges currently incorporated in rates to be made permanent; (b) Any additional changes in 1987 Westcoast Tolls to be deferred. 2. Effective January 1, 1988: (a) Westcoast 1988 Toll changes to be flowed through on an estimated net Toll basis; (b) The difference between the estimated and actual 1988 Westcoast Tolls to be deferred; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material and is satisfied that the amendments are appropriate and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders B.C. Hydro, Gas Operations as follows: 1. Approval is granted effective the date of this Order to the amendments as proposed concerning Westcoast Tolls.
