McIntyre, Chairman; D.B. Kilpatrick, Commissioner; and N. Martin, Commissioner ORDER WHEREAS British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (IIB.C. Hydro") applied March 16, 1987 pursuant to Section 92 of the Utilities Commission Act (lithe Act") to vary Clause 2 of Commission Order No. G-76-86 by extending from March 31, 1987 to June 30, 1987, the date by which a formal Application in support of a 14 cents/gigajou1e interim increase in natural gas rates effective November 1, 1986, which increase is subject to refund with interest, is to be submitted; and WHEREAS BY letter dated June 29, 1987 B.C. Hydro requested a further deferment until September 30, 1987 which was granted by the Commission; and WHEREAS B.C. Hydro applied September 24, 1987 pursuant to Section 92 of the Act to further vary Clause 1 of Commission Order No. G-13-87 with an extension to January 15, 1988; and WHEREAS B.C. Hydro, January 15, 1988 applied pursuant to Section 92 of the Act to further vary Clause 1 of Commission Order No. G-58-87 with an extension to July I, 1988; and WHEREAS the Commission has considered the Application and finds that B.C. Hydro's request is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the COrT)mission Columbia Hydro and Power Authority as follows: 1. Clause I of Commission Order No. G-58-87 is hereby varied by substituting July I, 1988 for January 15, 1988.
