The necessity of the regional hearings, as determined by the Commission, wiIJ be based on interventions or customer responses made prior to August 15, 1988. 2. Inland, Columbia and FNG will arrange for publication, not later than July 8, 1988, of Notice of Public Hearing, as per attached copy, in one issue of the Vancouver Sun and Province and other local newspapers and publications as may properly provide adequate public notice in the general service areas of the companies. 3.
