("Inland") applied August 18, 1988 for approval and acceptance for fi of an amendment to its Rate Schedule 5, Large Firm - Industrial - Tariff Supplement No. 33 Service Agreement with Federated Co-Operatives Limited; and WHEREAS Service Agreement requires an amendment to Sheet No. 33-6 to correct three-year minimum biU provisions approved by Comrnission Order No. G-31-88j and WHEREAS the Commission has considered the matter and finds that the filing of the correction to Tariff Supplement No. 33 is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby approves and accepts for filing the amendment to the Service Agreement for Rate Schedule 5 between Inland Natural Gas Co. Ltd. and Federated Co-Operatives Limited - Tariff Supplement No. 33, First Revision of Sheet No. 33-6, effective immediately.
