McIntyre, Chairman; J.D. V.Newlands, Deputy Chairman; N. Martin, Commissioner; and H.J. Page, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Princeton Light and ("Princeton") applied October 26, 1987, to increase its filed Electric Tariff Rate Schedules to provide for a deferral account; and WHEREAS the deferral account will allow Princeton to collect additional revenue to offset the effect of a potential labour strike by its major industrial customer; and WHEREAS the Commission has considered the Application and supporting documents. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 67 or tne the Commission will accept, subject to timely filing, effective June 1, 1988, amended Tariff Rate Schedules incorporating a surcharge of 0.10 cents/kWh to collect a deferral account fund in the amount of approximately $60,000.
