BEFORE: J.G. McIntyre, ) Chairman; and ) April 27,1988 J.D.V. Newlands, ) Deputy Chairman ) ORDER WHEREAS on April 15, 1988 ICG Utilities (British Columbia) Ltd. ("ICG II ) applied for Commission approval and acceptance for filing amended Gas Tariff Rate Schedules covering rates charged for propa.'1e service in the service areas of Nanaimo and the Resort Municipality of Whistler, B.C.; and WHEREAS the amendments are to permit ICG to decrease its filed Gas Tariff Rate Schedules as a result of a reduction in cost of product from the Company's supplier equivalent to approximately 1.2 cents per litre, effective April 1, 1988; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material and is satisfied that the filing of the amendments to the Gas Tariff Rate Schedules is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders ICG Utilities (British Columbia) Ltd. as follows: 1. The Commission accepts for filing effecti ve with consumption on and after May 1, 1988 amended Tariff Rate Schedules incorporating a decrease of. 6.07 cents per 100 cubic feet for Nanaimo and 12.25 cents per 100~ubic fee~ for Whistler as follows: First Revision to Pages 37, 38, 39 Second Revision to Page 40. 2.
