V. Newlands, ) Deputy Chairman; and ) January 26, 1989 W.\1. Swanson, Q.c., ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS Inland Natural Gas Co. Ltd. ("Inland") was required by Commission Decision and Order No. G-52-87 to file a monthly revenue and cost report with regard to the sale of furnaces, fireplaces and water heaters, ("appliances") commencing September, 1987; and WHEREAS Inland submitted appliance reports on a monthly basis and by letter dated November 19, 1987 requested Commission approval to amend the reporting requirements by deleting fireplaces as an item upon which to report; and \VHEREAS the Commission considered the request and on January 22, 1988 asked Intervenors and Participants from the Inland Revenue Requirements proceeding for comments by February 19, 1988; and WHEREAS the Commission denied Inland's request and set out the required reporting format as Appendix A to Order No. G-27-88; and WHEREAS Inland by letter dated January 5, 1989 advised the Commission that it had reached agreement with the Mechanical Contractors Association ("MCAtt) on their differences and would no longer be retailing and wholesaling central forced air gas furnaces and gas hot water tanks and requested that the monthly reporting requirements to the Commission for appliances be discontinued; and WHEREAS the Commission considered all of the foregoing. NO\V THEREFORE the Commission orders Inland Natural Gas Co. Ltd. as follows: I. Inland's request to discontinue reporting requirements for appliances is approved following final liquidation of the inventory at March 31, 1989. . .• /2 "-t: .. ::C".l--::·".;E ... c_:>
2 2. Inland is to continue to carry gas fireplaces at its full cost of sale including full overheads. 3. Inland is to maintain cost information concerning the program for future Commission inspection. Oil..
