Swanson, Q.C., Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS on November 24 Commission recei ved copies of correspondence from National Fue!corp Limited (IIFue!corp") a business involved in the conversion of vehicles for natural gas for transportation purposes ("NGV"}, and WHEREAS Fue!corp alleges that the NGV control of pricing and other aspects of the conversion business is unfairly controlled by B.C. Gas Inc.; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the complaints from Fuelcorp and believes that the matter requires further investigation. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 93 of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission Orders as follows: 1. Mr. W.M. Swanson, Q.C., Commissioner is directed to inquire and report on the complaints filed with the Commission, on or before January 10, 1989.
