McIntyre, Chairman; J.D.V. Newlands, September 15, 1988 Deputy Chairman; W.M. Swanson, Q.C., Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Columbia Natural Gas Limited ("Columbia") applied August 16, 1988 for Commission approval of amendments to its Promotional Incentive Program contained on Gas Tariff, Sheet No. 29; and WHEREAS the amendment is a result of simplifying the Program for greater effectiveness and inflation factors in the installed prices of furnaces, and will increase the available grant to residential customers to a maximum amount of $2,000; and WHEREAS the original ,~pplication dated JUly 2, 1986, stating the Program to be self-funding with minimum impact on existing stomers, was aDproved by Commission Order ~o. G-20-86: and WHEREAS the Commission has considered all of the foregoing. NOW THEREFORE the Cornrrlission orders Colurnbia as follows: 1.
