McIntyre, Chairman; J.D.V. Newlands, Deputy Chairman; D.B. Kilpatrick, Commissioner; and N. Martin, Commissioner ORDER WHEREAS British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro") applied March 1.5, 1988 pursuant to Section 67 of the Utilities Commission Act ("the Act") to amend its Electric Tariff to increase rates charged customers effective April 1, 1988 in Rate Zone II; and WHEREAS the Application is equivalent in amount to water rental fees not previously applied for in the years 1981, 1982 and 1984 to Rate Zone II customers; and WHEREAS the Commission has considered the Application and supporting documents. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority as follows: 1. The Application to increase Electr ic Tariff ra tes in Rate Zone II is denied.
