V. Newlands, Deputy Chairman; and N. Martin, Com missioner o R D E R WHEREAS British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro") applied May 16, 1988 and June 22, 1988 pursuant to Section 67(2) of the Utilities Commission Act (lithe Act") to amend its Electric Tariff, Dual Fuel Interruptible ("Electric Plus") Rate Schedules; and WHEREAS the Application will allow B.C. Hydro to amend its Availability Clause in the Electric Tariff to permit an extension of service to any part of a customer's premises which is not a building or other improvement having heating equipment connected to a natural gas distribution system; and WHEREAS B.C. Hydro proposes to introduce an Incentive Rebate Program applicable to the General Service Electric Plus rate schedules as outlined under the proposed new Special Condition No. II; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and finds the amendments to be in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders B.C. Hydro as follows: I. The amendments to Rate Schedule 1105, Residential Dual Fuel Interruptible Service, and Rate Schedules 1205, 1206 and 1207, General Dual Fuel effecti ve July I, 1988.
