("ICG") applied September 6, 1988, to increase its filed Gas Tariff, General Service Rate to all customers served by the Whistler B.C. Distribution System; and WHEREAS Commission November 10, 1988 approved an interim increase in rates to all customers in the amount of 3.8% effective December I, 1988; and WHEREAS the Order Commission prior to January 3 I, 1989 of any concerns regarding the increase; and WHEREAS the Commission did not receive any written customer concerns. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders ICG (Bri tish Colurn bia) Ltd. as fo Hows: I. Gas Tariff - Whistler District, General Service Rate, Third Revision Page 40 is confirmed and accepted for filing on a permanent basis effective December 1, 1988.
