2 NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. A public hearing of commence at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 29, 1988 in the Hearing Room at the office of the Commission, Fourth Floor, 800 Smithe Street, Vancouver, B.C. 2. The District will arrange for publication, not later than Friday, October 7, 1988, of a Notice of Public Hearing, as per attached copy, in one issue of the North Island Gazette and other local news publications and community bulletin boards as may properly provide adequate notice to the population of Winter Harbour and the surrounding area. 3. All evidence and submissions by the District and B.C. Hydro concerning this matter should be provided to the Commission not later than Friday, October 21,1988, with copies to be served by each upon the other named party. Each party will respond to the other party's submission not later than November 4, 1988. 4. Interested persons intending to participate in the public hearing should give wri tten Notice of Intervention to the Commission Secretary and to the Applicant, to be received not later than Friday, November 4, 1988. Such Notice should state the nature of the interest in the proceeding. 5. Interested persons intending to file a written submission should provide one copy to the Commission Secretary, and one copy to the Applicant to be received not later than Monday, November 14, 1988. THE PUBLIC HEARING The Commission has set down the Application for public hearing commencing at 9:00 a.m. local time, Tuesday, November 29, 1988 in the Hearing Room of the office of the Commission, Fourth Floor, 800 Smithe Street, Vancouver, B.C. PUBLIC INSPECTION OF THE APPLICATION The Application and supporting material are available for inspection at the offices of the Regional District of Mount Waddington, P.O. Box 729, Port McNeill, B.C., VON 2RO, and at the offices of the District's legal representative, Bull, Housser & Tupper, 3000 Royal Centre, 1055 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, B.C., V6E 3R3.
