("Squamish") applied May 12, 1988 for Commission approval and acceptance for filing of amendments to its filed Gas Tariff General Terms and Conditions section relating to Applicmces; and WHEREAS the amendments will make available to qualifying Residential customers of Squamish, an Incentive Payment of $100 to assist in the conversion of water heaters from other fuels to gas; and WHEREAS the amendments will allow Squamish to sell, finance, rent and promote appliances and make reasonable charges for the services; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and is satisfied that the amendments are in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders Squamish Gas Co. Ltd. as follows: 1.
