McIntyre, Chairman: N. Martin, Commissioner: and W.M. Swanson, Q.C., Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro") applied June 28, 1989 for Commission approval to continue to include in its operating expenses, subsidy payments made to the customers of Yoho Power Ltd. ("Yoho") by extending the time period approved by Commission Order No. G-91-88 from June 30, 1989 to October 31, 1989; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and has determined that the extension of the time period allowing the subsidy requested by B.C. Hydro is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves the extension of the subsidy payments by B.C. Hydro to Yoho Power Ltd. applicable to Residential and Commercial Service customers, other than accounts billed Government of Canada, for the period July I, 1989 to October 31,1989.
