McIntyre, Chairman; N. Martin, Commissioner: and W.M. Swanson, Q.c., Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro") applied May 9, 1989 to amend its Electric Tariff, Terms and Conditions, relating to a Prepayment on Account Plan (lithe Plan"); and WHEREAS the Plan will allow B.C. Hydro to give customers a discount on their electric bill of 0.75% if payment is made by pre-authorized cheque; and WHEREAS the Commission reviewed the Plan, advised B.C. Hydro of required changes and gave its Approval in Principle on June 5, 1989; and WHEREAS B.C. Hydro filed an Application on June 19, 1989 with amended Electric Tariff pages recommendations; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that the filing of amendments to the filed Electric Tariff, Terms and Conditions allowing for a Prepayment on Account Plan, is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders B.C. Hydro as follows: 1.
