Swanson, Q.C., ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS Section 85.3 of the Utilities Commission Act ("the Act"), requires that Energy Supply Contracts ("Contracts") between producers and consumers, be filed with the Commission for approval; and WHEREAS on August 18, 1988 the Commission issued Rules for the filing of such Contracts; and WHEREAS Inland Natural Gas Marketing Ltd. (IIINGM") has filed with the Commission a draft natural gas supply contract dated July 1, 1990 between INGM and its suppliers for the purchase of spot gas from a variety of suppliers in order to supply a group of Industrial Customers on the BC Gas Inc. Lower Mainland Division distribution system for the period commencing August 1, 1990 to October 31, 1990 inclusive; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the draft Contract and supporting material and is satisfied that it is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 85.3 of the Act the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves and accepts for filing the draft Energy Supply Contract between INGM and the Suppliers which is designated as Energy Supply Contract, NGSC No. 18. 2. INGM is to file with the Commission upon execution a fully executed Energy Supply Contract for each transaction entered into under this Order.
