Mclntyre, Chairman: J.D. V. Newlands, July 7,1989 Deputy Chairman: and N. Martin, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS ICG Utilities (British Columbia) Ltd. ("ICG"), filed an Application dated May 3, 1989 for Commission approval of the Vancouver Island Gas Company (IIVigas ll ) Gas Tariff, Terms and Conditions for gas service in the Capital Regional District at Victoria, B.C.; and WHEREAS Vigas corrected certain pages to the original filing by letter dated June 12, 1989; and WHEREAS the Commission has determined that there is no conflict with the filing and the Provincial Government's agreement with ICG's acquisi tion of the Victoria Gas system; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material and is satisfied that the filing of the Vigas, Gas Tariff, Terms and Conditions for gas service in the Capital Regional District is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders Vigas as follows: I. The Commission accepts for filing for Vigas, Gas Tariff, Terrns and Conditions and rates effective with consumption on and after May I, 1989. 2. An appropriate notice of explanation of the tariff amendrnents will be directed to all affected customers.
