("WKP"), there appears to be a confl between the Elect Cornmission Act (lithe Act"); WHEREAS Section 47 of the Act requires prior approval of the Cornrnission for removal of facilities Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity or Franchise; and WHEREAS the Comrnission matter including inforrnation contained Septernber 15, 1988. NOW THEREFORE the Power Ltd. to file an amendment to November 30, 1988 as follows: I.
