Best, Commissioner ORO E R WHEREAS Order-in-Council No. 468 dated March 18, 1988, approved the assignment and transfer of the powers and duties of the Minister of Transportation and Highways under Part 7 of the Pipeline Act ("the Act") to the Minister of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources; and WHEREAS Canterra Energy letters dated October 31 and November 15, 1989 for approval and acceptance for filing by the British Columbia Utilities Commission ("the Commission") of the Crude Petroleum Tariff dated June I, 1989 under Part 7 of the Act; and WHEREAS the Rates contained in the Tariff apply to the gathering and transportation of crude petroleum of the Inga South, West and East pipeline segments; and WHEREAS the Commission Application and finds that it is in accordance with the requirements of the Act. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders, approves and accepts for filing the Crude Petroleum Tariff filed by Canterra's letter dated November 15, 1989, as follows: 1. Rates contained in the Illga Oil Pipeline Tariff effective June 1, 1989. '~ ft.
