Martin, ) Com missioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS Bill 55 - 1987 dated July 16, 1987, approved the assignment and transfer of the powers and duties of the Minister of Transportation and Highways for the economic regulation of Intraprovincial Oil Pipeline Companies under Part 7 of the Pipeline Act ("the Act") to the British Columbia Utilities Commission; and WHEREAS Trans Mountain Enterprises of British Columbia Limited (IITME") applied by letters dated August 23, 1989 as amended on December I, 1989 for approval and acceptance for filing by the British Columbia Utilities Commission (lithe Commission") of the Turbine Fuel Tariff da ted January I, 1990 under Part 7 of the Act; and WHEREAS the Rates contained in the Tariff apply to the gathering and transportation of jet fuel from connected refineries, storage facilities and marketing terminals in the Greater Vancouver area to the Vancouver International Airport; and WHEREAS the Commission has considered TME's Application and finds that it is in accordance with the requirements of the Act. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. The rates contained in the Turbine Fuel Tariff No. B.C. 5 filed by TME's letter dated December I, 1989 and effective January I, 1990 are approved and accepted for filing. 2.
