Swanson, Q.C., ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS BC Gas Inc. - Lower Mainland Division ("BC Gas") applied February 28, 1990 to the Lieutenant Governor·-in-Council (flLGIC") for approval of Natural Gas for Vehicle ("NGV") Service Agreement dated December 15, 1989 with Beach View Service Ltd. as Gas Tariff Supplement No. 2.5; and WHEREAS the Agreement contains a rate that will allow BC Gas to compete with the cost of other cornpeti tive fuels, primarily propane; and WHEREAS Order-in-Council No. .594 dated April II, 1990 provides for the deJega tion of BC Gas appliea lions to the Commission that were previously transferred to the LGIC by Section 18 of the Ilydro and Power Authority Privatization Act; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material and is satisfied that the filing of the Agreement as Tariff Supplement No. 25 is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders BC Gas as foHows: I. Gas Tariff, Supplement No. 2.5, NGV Service Agreement between BC Gas and Beach View Service Ltd. is approved and accepted for filing. 2. Ra te Schedule 2.502 - Interruptible Service - Road Transportation, Original Pages C-12, C-13 and C-14 are accepted for cancella tion. ~ a t the City of Vancouver, in the Province of Br Hish Columbia, (0 day of May, 1990.
