Hydro") filed on October II, 1989, pursuant to the Utilities Commission Act ("the Act"), an Interim Rate Application to increase its Electric Tariff Rate Schedules by 3 percent effective November 15, 1989; and WHEREAS Commission Order No. G-49-89, affirmed by Order No. G-60-89, approved the interim increase; and WHEREAS Commission Order No. G-49-89 required that the full and complete Application was to be filed by November 30, 1989 and set the public hearing to begin Monday, February 5, 1990; and WHEREAS B.C. Hydro filed a full Application, including detailed forecasts and an Executive Summary on November 30, 1989. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. A public hearing is to commence at 9:00 a.m. local time, Monday, February 5, 1990 at the Holiday Inn Downtown, 1110 Howe Street, Vancouver, B.C. 2. B.C. Hydro will arrange for early publication, but not later than December 9, 1989, in Display Ad format, a Notice of Public Hearing, as per attached copy, in one issue in the business section of the Vancouver Sun and The Province. This Notice will be published as soon as possible in such other appropriate local news publications as may provide adequate notice to the customers in the service area of the utility. 3. The Application and supporting material is to be made available for inspection at the Head Office of B.C.
