("PNG Commission approval a Gas Sales Agreement ("the Agreement") between PNG and Enso Forest Products Ltd. ("Enso") and West Fraser Mills Ltd. ("West Fraser") dated November I, 1989; and WHEREAS on October 30, 1989 PNG sought and received Commission approval to filing the Agreement at a later date in order to allow for the timely execution of such documents: and WHEREAS PNG also applied for Commission approval to refund the balances accumulated in the Deficiency Payment Deferred Revenue Account in the amount of $502,592, plus interest in the amount of $470,571 to Eurocan Pulp and Paper Co. and $188,139 to other large industrial customers; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the filing, including the Agreement and is satisfied that it properly conserves the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: I. The Commission approves and accepts for filing the Gas Sales Agreement between PNG and Enso and West Fraser effective November 1, Supplement No.3, Original Index Sheets 1 and 2 and Original Sheets 3-1 to 3-41.
