Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS the City of Prince Rupert (lithe City") applied July 12, 1989 for Commission approval of its Prince Rupert City Telephones ("City Tel") By-Law No. 2685, and Schedule "A" to By-Law No. 2685 (Digby Island Telephone Rate Tariff and General Regulations); and WHEREAS the Commission has considered the Application and is satisfied that the By-Law properly conserves the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby accepts for filing the City of Prince Rupert Telephone By-Law No. 2685 as it pertains to telephone service provided through the facilities of the City of Prince Rupert Telephones system to customers outside the City Ilmits effective 30 days after the date of this Order, or 30 days following date the by-law is adopted.
