("BC Gas") applied to the Commission for approval of two gas supply contracts and amendments pursuant to Rules Respecting Energy Supply contracts and Section 85.3 of the Utilities commission act ("the Act"); and B. The ftrst agreement will provide for the supply of 280 103m best efforts short-term gas supply from Questar Energy Company covering the period November 1, 1990 through November 1, 1991; and C. The second agreement will provide for the supply of 304.7 10 short-term gas supply from Northwest Paciftc Energy Marketing Inc. covering the period December 1, 1990 through March 1, 1991; and D. The Commission has reviewed the gas supply agreements and supporting material and is satisfted that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission Orders as follows: 1 Agreement covering the supply and purchase of short-term gas supply from Questar Energy Company dated November 21, 1990. 2. Agreement covering the supply and purchase of short-term gas supply from Northwest Pacific Energy Marketing Inc. dated November 23, 1990.
