Hydro") had approved rate increases confirmed by Orders No. WHEREAS the Commission responded on 20, 1990 to the con comp,laint; WHEREAS the evidence filed during B.C. Hydro's 1989 Rate Application, the COFI complaint and B.C. Hydro's response were reviewed and considered by the Commission. NOW THEREFORE in Decision attached as Appendix A, the Commission orders as follows: 1. Rates and billings decimal places, ef1:ecthi'e confirmed. 2.
