("Ocelot") filed a complaint on January 17, 1990, pursuant to Section 64 of the Utilities Commission Act ("the Act"), alleging that the rates of Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. (IIPNG unjust, unreasonable and unduly discriminatory; and WHEREAS the Commission, by Order No. G-20-90, set the matter down for public hearing to commence August 21,1990 in Prince Rupert, B.C. and required PNG to file a Rate Design Application and evidence based on its most recent financial information by July 6, 1990; and WHEREAS PNG filed its evidence on July 6, 1990 for the Commission to set intervention dates and filing deadlines to the proceeding. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders PNG as follows: 1. A public hearing into the complaint is set to commence at 9:00 a.m. local time, Tuesday, August 21,1990 at the Crest Motor Hotel, 222-1 st A venue West, Prince Rupert, B.C. 2. PNG will arrange for publication, in Display Ad Format, not later than Wednesday, July 18, 1990, of a Notice of Public Hearing, as per attached copy, in one issue each of the Vancouver Sun, appropriate local news publications as may properly provide adequate notice to the population in the service area of the utility. ("Ocelot"), pursuant to Section 64 of the Utilities Commission Act, filed a complaint with respect to the level of rates charged by Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. (IIPNG"). Commission Order No. G-20-90 set the matter down for public hearing and required PNG to file a Rate Design Application and evidence based on its most recent financial information. By Order No. G-52-90, the Commission determined that PNG has filed sufficient evidence in order for the public hearing into the complaint and rate design matters to proceed. THE PUBLIC HEARING The Commission has ordered a public hearing to commence at 9:00 a.m. local time, Tuesday, August 21, 1990 at the Crest Motor Hotel, 222 - 1s t Avenue West, Prince Rupert, B.C.
