Swanson, Q.c., Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited ("PLpn) applied on October 20, 1989 to amend rates charged customers in its service area; and WHEREAS Commission February 27, 1990 as the commencement date of a public hearing into PLP's Applica tion, and appointed J.D. V. Swanson, Q.C., Commissioner as the Division of the Commission to hear the Application; and WHEREAS the Commission requested PLP to supply additional information; which request was satisfied by PLP; and WHEREAS there have been only two interventions filed indicating an intent to attend the public hearing; and WHEREAS the Division of the Commission hearing the Application is of the opinion that a public hearing is no longer in the public interest within the meaning of Section 101 of the Utilities Commission Act. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The public hearing set for Tuesday, February 27, 1990 at Princeton, B.C., is cancelled. 2.
