Swanson, Q.C., ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS BC Gas Inc., Inland Division ("BC Gas") applied on October 2, 1990 for Commission approval of amendments to its Gas Tariffs covering Small Industrial Transportation Service Agreements and Rate Schedules that will take effect commencing November 1, 1990; and WHEREAS amendments to Rate Schedule 25 will provide small industrial customers with a firm winter sales option in conjunction with small industrial transportation service and monthly gas balancing; and WHEREAS approval of the filing will require certain other Transportation Service Rate Schedules including Terms and Conditions to be cancelled; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material and is satisfied that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders BC Gas as follows: 1. Amendments to Rate Schedule 25, Small Industrial Transporta tion Service, Small Industrial Transportation Agreement General Terms and Conditions applicable to Small Industrial Transportation Service, and other related Tariff Revisions are approved and accepted for filing effective with gas sales commencing November 1, 1990. 2. Cancellation of Rate Schedules 15, 17, 18, 24 and 26 -Transporta tion Service and Service Agreements is approved and accepted for filing effective November 1, 1990. ?
