("PNG") filed December 13, 1989, an Application to amend the Incentive Rate with Ocelot Chemicals Inc. ("Ocelot") in the form of Letter Agreements dated December 8, 1989 between PNG and Ocelot and PNG and the British Columbia Petroleum Corporation ("BCPC"}, and Whereas Commission Incentive Rate offered by PNG in Letter Agreements dated October 31, 1989 between PNG and Ocelot and PNG and BCPC for the period November 1, 1989 to April 30, 1990; and WHEREAS the December 8, 1989 Letter Agreements remove the Westcoast Energy Inc. ("WEI") commodity toll from charged Ocelot and provide for an add-on of the WEI commodity toll; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and is satisfied that the filing properly conserves the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves and accepts for filing the following documents effective November 1, 1989: 1.
