Hall, ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS a public hearing pertaining to Hemlock Valley Electrical Services L td.'s ("HVES") Application dated May 31, 1990 for a general rate increase proceeded before the Commission at Vancouver, B.C. on September 24 and 25, 1990; and WHEREAS pursuant to Order No. G-5l-90 HVES was granted an interim, refundable rate increase of 3.70¢;./kW.h effective July 1, 1990; and WHEREAS the Commission has considered the Application and the evidence adduced thereon, all as set forth in a Decision issued concurrently with this Order. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders HVES as follows: 1. The Rate Base and Revenue Requirement for the Test Period are as set out in Schedules contained in the Decision. 2. The Commission will accept, subject to timely filing, amended Electric Tariff Rate Schedules which conform to the terms of the Commission's October 17, 1990 Decision. 3. HVES is to proceed with refunds to its customers of record on and after July 1, 1990, where necessary. Such refunds are to include interested calculated as specified in Order No. G-5l-90. 4.
