Swanson, Q.C., ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited (IIPLp II ) filed by letter dated June 4, 1990 Electric Tariff BCUC No.4 which complied with requirements contained in the Commission's Decision and Order No. G-27 -90 dated April 12, 1990; and WHEREAS Electric Tariff BCUC No.4 amended certain Terms and Conditions, rates and general format which requires Commission approval; and WHEREAS the Commission reviewed the filing and has determined that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission, pursuant to Section 67 of the Utilities Commission Act, accepts for filing Electric Tariff, BCUC No.4, Terms and Conditions effective the date of this Order.
