BEFORE: J.G. McIntyre, Chairman; J.D.V. Newlands Deputy Chairman; N. Martin, Commissioner; and W.M. Swanson, (").C., Commissioner o R [) WHEREAS BC Gas Inc., Lower Mainland Division ("BC Gas") applied on October I, 1990 for Commission approval of amendments to its Gas Tariffs covering TernlS and Conditions relating to Security Deposits, Billing, Advance Billing and Advance Payment Discount Plan, (lithe Plans"); and WHEREAS British Colurnbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro"), in accordance wi til the Re venue Agreement and Jlydro Service Agreement da ted July 15, 1988 and as arnended, is authorized to bill all Lower Mainland customers for gas service; and WHEREAS Commission Orders No. G-39-89, G-64-89 and G-63-90 approved the Plans for B.C. Hydro; and WHER EAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval of the Plans is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Cornrnission hereby orders BC Gas as follows: 1. Amendments to Gas Tariff, Terms and Conditions for Security Deposits and Billing and implementation of Be Gas' monthly Prepayment on Account Plan, Advance Payment Discoullt Plan and Advance Billing immediately. 2. Appropriate notices of explallation and promotion of the Plans will be provided to all affected customers.
