Swanson, Q.C., Commissioner ORO E R WHEREAS BC Gas Inc. - applied May 4, 1990 for Commission approval of Tariff Supplement No.3 Service to British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro") at Fort Nelson, B.C.; and WHEREAS Tariff Supplement No.3 provides for the supply of heater fuel to B.C. Hydro at the Fort Nelson Gate Station and is charged based on the volume of gas transported under the Gas Wheeling Agreement dated April 1, 1980; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material and is satisfied that approval of Tariff Supplement No.3 is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders BC Gas as follows: I. Gas Tariff Supplement No.3 - Service to B.C. Hydro and Power Authority at the Fort Nelson Gate Station is ap~roved and accepted for filing at the rate of $0.41 per 10 m 3 , effective July 1, 1987.
