("WKP") applied July 23, 1990, pursuant to Section 57 of the Utilities Commission Act ("the Act"), to amend its current borrowing arrangements with extending the expiry date of the Bank January 2, 1992 to January 2, 1993; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and the cer tif ied copy of May 17, 1990 resolution of the Board of Directors of WKP and approves the terms thereof. NOW THEREFORE the, Commission extension of the expiry dates of the revolving Bank Term Loan, Line of Credit with the Bank of Montreal from January 2, 1992 to January 2, 1993, pursuant to Section 57 of the Act, effective immediately.
