On April 30, 1990, the Commission made its Decision on British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority's (flB.C. Hydro") 1989 Rate Application and issued Order No. G-31-90; and B. The Decision required B.e. Hydro to file an Application covering Rate Design on or before December 1, 1990; and C. On November 27 and 28, 1990, B.e. Hydro advised the Commission that it would not be possible to meet the time deadline in order to file the Application in a form suitable for presentation and requested a variance to Commission Order No. G-31-90 for an extension of time to January 15, 1991; and D. The Commission considered the request and is satisfied that an extension of time is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: B.C. Hydro is granted a variance to Commission Order No. G-31-90 with an extension of time upon which to file its Rate Design Application to January 15, 1991.
