Swanson, Q.C., Commissioner ORO E R WHEREAS Pacific October 31, 1990 for Commission approval to extend the term of the August 31, 1973 Gas Sales Agreement ("the Agreement"), known as Gas Tariff, Supplement No. 10 with British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro") on a day-to-day basis past October 31, 1990 until such time as a new gas sales agreement is finalized; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and is satisfied that approval of the extension to the term of the Agreement properly conserves the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves and accepts for filing the amendment to the term of the PNG and B.C. Hydro, Gas Sales Agreement known as Gas Tariff, Supplement No. 10: 1. Letter Agreement dated August 13, 1990 concerning the Gas Sales Agreement between PNG and B.C. Hydro is hereby extended on a day-to-day basis past October 31, 1990.
