Swanson, Q.C., ) Commissioner ) QRDER WHEREAS BC Gas Inc. ("BC Gas") applied October 29, 1990 for Commission approval to a Letter Agreement with British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro") for the supply of Swing Gas at the Burrard Thermal Plant, identified as Gas Tariff,Supplement No. 23; and WHEREAS the Swing Gas agreement will allow BC Gas to purchase gas not otherwise required by its sales customers and supply it to B.C. Hydro commencing November 1, 1990; and WHEREAS the Letter Agreement dated October 15, 1990 replaces a similar agreement approved on January 18, 1990 by Order in Council No. 93; and WHEREAS the Commission is satisfied that the Swing Gas Agreement is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves and accepts for filing the Letter Agreement dated October 15, 1990 between BC Gas and B.C. Hydro for the supply of Swing Gas to the Burrard Thermal Plant known as Gas Tariff, Supplement No. 23 effective November 1, 1990 as follows: Original Page No. 23 First Revision of Page Nos. 23-1 to 23-7 inclusive.
