Lower Mainland Di vision BEFORE: J.G. McIntyre, Chairman; J.D.V. Newlands, Deputy Chairman; and N. Martin, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS BC Gas Inc. ("BC Gas") applied July 24, 1990 for Commission approval pursuant to Section 67 of the Utilities Commission Act ("the Act") to add a provision for compression and dispensing services in its Lower Mainland Rate Schedule 2206; and WHEREAS the Rate Schedule amendment provides for a minimum five year sign-up to enable BC Gas to recover its investment costs; and WHEREAS the intent of the Tariff revisions is to expand the use of natural gas for vehides ("NGV") and the Commission is satisfied that the amendment wil1 serve to expand the use of natural gas and is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves and accepts for filing BC Gas Rate Schedule 2206 amended, Second Revision Page C-ll together with Original Pages C-ll.l to C-ll.7 indusi ve and Tariff Supplement No. 26 consisting of Original Pages 26-1 to 26-7 indusive.
