Leighton, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. (IIPNG") Application on December 7, 1989 to pass-through changes of Westcoast Energy Inc.'s ("WEI") demand and commodity tolls and gas commodity charges effective November I, 1989; and WHEREAS PNG amended its Application on January 23, 1990 and requested the Commission approve the use of a deferral account including sub-accounts in the amount of approximately $264,000 to account for changes in WEI's demand and commodity toll charges and gas commodity costs for the months of November and December, 1989; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Applications and is satisfied that the procedure of using a deferral account to account for toll charge changes properly conserves the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for PNG the use of a deferral account and sub-accounts by customer classification in the amount of approximately $264,000 to account for WEI's toll and, commodity charge changes for the months of November and December, 1989.
