Swanson, Q.C., ) Commissioner ) ORDER WHEREAS BC Gas Inc. - Inland Division ("BC Gas") applied October 29, 1990 for Commission approval of Tariff Supplement No. 57, Service Agreement to Rate Schedule 11 - Large Volume Firm Service, for Louisiana-Pacific Canada, Ltd., ("Louisiana-Pacific") to its pulp mill at Chetwynd, B.C.; and WHEREAS Commission Order No. C-12-90 granted BC Gas a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to construct and operate a natural gas pipeline between the transmission line of Westcoast Energy Inc. and Louisiana-Pacific's pulp mill; and WHEREAS the Service Agreement will allow BC Gas to charge a monthly facility charge for 10 years ending October 31, 2000 to enable the utility to recover its investmentcos~;and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material and is satisfied that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves and accepts for filing, effective November 1, 1990 Gas Tariff Supplement No. 57, Service Agreement to Rate Schedule 11 for Louisiana-Pacific, Original Sheet No. 57 and Original Pages 57-1 to 57-12 inclusive.
