Leighton, ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. ("PNG") applied January 25, 1990 for Commission approval of amendments to rates charged for gas service covered by Gas Tariff Supplement No.7 sales to Alcan Smelters & Chemicals Ltd. (IIAlcan") and to charge into a deferral account the differential in tolls levied by PNG's supplier, Westcoast Energy Inc. ("WEI") for the period November 1 to December 31, 1989, concerning Supplement No.7; and WHEREAS Commission Order No. G-2-90 approved the gas sales agreement between PNG and Alcan effective November 1, 1989; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and is satisfied that it properly conserves the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves and accepts for filing the following for PNG and Alcan, Gas Tariff, Supplement No.7: 1. The charging into a deferral account of the differential in WEI toll charges to PNG resulting from gas sales to Alcan for the period November 1 to December 31, 1989. 2. The filing of amendments to Gas Tariff effective November 1, 1989: First Revision of Sheet 7-15. DATEra at the City of Vancouver, in the, Province of British Columbia, this 1 ~ day of February, 1990.
