V. Newlands, Deputy Chairman; N. Martin, Commissioner; and W.M. Swanson, Q.C. Commissioner ORO E R WHEREAS British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro") applied on April 2, 1990 for approval of a Demand Credit Agreement with the City of Cranbrook ("the City"); and WHEREAS the Agreement will allow for B.C. Hydro to annually credit the City $7.00 for every kW that the maximum demand for the city-owned spray pumps is less than 960 kW with a maximum credit per year of $1,100.00; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the filing and is satisfied that the Demand Credit Agreement, filed as Electric Tariff Supplement No.4, properly conserves the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission accepts for filing the Demand Credit Agreement with the City of Cranbrook, dated March 30, 1989, as Electric Tariff Supplement No.4.
