Swanson, Q.C •• ) Commissioner ) ORO E R WHEREAS Bill 55 - 1987 dated July 16, 1987, approved the assignment and transfer of the powers and duties of the Minister of Transporta tion and Highways for the economic regula tion of Intraprovincial Oil Pipeline Companies under Part 7 of the Pipeline Act ("the Act") to the British Columbia Utilities Commission; and WHEREAS Trans Mountain Enterprises of British Columbia Limited ("TME") applied by letters dated May 1 and May 8, 1990 for approval and acceptance for filing by the British Columbia Utilities Commission ("the Commission") of the Turbine Fuel Tariff No. B.C. 6 effective May 1, 1990 under Part 7 of the Act; and WHEREAS on May 17, 1990 the Commission appr~oved, in principle, the TME toll effective May 1, 1990, subject to written concurrence from the shippers on the pipeline; and WHEREAS on June 12, 1990 TME provided the Commission wi th wri tten concurrences from its shippers to the toll increase reflected in Turbine Fuel Tariff No. B.C. 6; and WHEREAS the Rates contained in the Tariff apply to the gathering and transportation of jet fuel from connected refineries, storage facilities and marketing termillfll§ in the Greater Vancouver area to the Vancouver International Airport; and .../ 2

NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. The rates contained in the Turbine Fuel Tariff No. B.C. 6 as filed by TME's letter dated May 8, 1990 and effective May 1, 1990 are approved and accepted for filing.
