Martin, ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS Bill 55 - 1987 dated July 16, 1987, approved the assignment and transfer of the powers and duties of the Minister of Transportation and Highways for the economic regulation of Intraprovincial Oil Pipeline Companies under Part 7 of the Pipeline Act (lithe Act") to the British Columbia Utilities Commission; and WHEREAS Westcoast Petroleum Ltd. ("Westcoast") applied by letter dated June 7, 1990 for approval and acceptance of filing by the Commission of the Light Petroleum Tariff dated June 1, 1990 under Part 7 of the Act; and WHEREAS the Rates contained in the Tariff apply to the transportation and delivery of light petroleum by pipeline from Taylor to Prince George and Kamloops, B.C.; and WHEREAS Westcoast advised the Commission that its shippers had been notified of the toll increase in May 1990 and there were no complaints to the increase; and WHEREAS the Commission has considered Westcoast's Application and finds that it is in accordance with the requirements of the Act. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves and accepts for filing the Light Petroleum Tariff filed by Westcoast's letter dated June 7, 1990 as follows: 1.
