CON\~ 'l!'S PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA BRITISH COLU,\1BJA UTILITIES COMMISSION IN THE MATTER OF the Utilities Commission Act, S.B.C. 1980, c. 60, as amended and IN THE MATTER OF an Application by Trans Mountain Enterprises of British Columbia Limited BEFORE: J.G. McIntyre, Chairman; alld W.M. Swanson, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Bill 55 - 1987 da ted July 16, 1987, approved the assignment and transfer of the powers and duties of Transportation and Highways for the economic regulation of Intraprovincial Oil Pipeline Companies under Part 7 of the Pipeline Act (lithe Act Columbia Utilities Commission (lithe Commission"); and WHEREAS the tolls on the pipeline apply to the gathering and transportation of jet fuel from connected refineries, storage facilities and marketing terminals in the Greater Vancouver area to the International Airport; and WHEREAS Trans Mountain Enterprises of British Co\urnbia Limited ("TME") applied October 16, 1990 for Commission approval of a decrease in tolls as a result of an increase in forecasted throughput on its Jet Fuel Pipeline effective with deliveries on and after October 16,1990; and WHEREAS the Commission has considered TME's Application and finds that it is in accordance with the requirements of the Act. NOW TliEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: I. The rates cOlltained Application are approved effective with deliveries on and after October 16, 1990. 2. TME is to file with the Commission a Turbine Fuel Tariff reflecting reduced Tolls on or before November 30, 1990.
